We are a highly interdisciplinary team led by Dr. Jingwen Yan, an Associate Professor and Director of Bioinformatics program at Indiana University Indianapolis (IUI). Our research focuses on integration of brain imaging and molecular -omics data for improved mechanism understanding and early detection of complex brain disorders like Alzheimer’s. Our technical arm aims to develop novel computational models (when needed) for integration of -omics data with missing values, imbalanced distributions and heterogeneous types.
Openings now available for motivated PhD students and postdocs.
